Sangre (main season red potato) has red skin and white flesh.  Easy-to-grow high-yielding red with moderate storage and excellent flavor.  Creamy texture, superb flavor, valued for baking and boiling. 85-100 days until maturity.
 
Canada Gold (early Yukon type) is an improvement over Yukon Gold, with higher yields and better disease resistance and all the classic flavor and versatility we love in a Yukon potato. Early season, moderate yields, and moderate storage.  75 days to maturity
 
Nicola (replaces German Butterball) Netted yellow skin and golden yellow flesh. These buttery round potatoes are my first choice for roasting or fried cottage potatoes. Nicola has a low Glycemic Index (GI) making it an excellent variety for those managing their blood sugar. Mid-season, high yields, and excellent storage. 85-100 days to maturity
