Sangre seed potato is a great main season red that will store well. I find it to have a better taste and texture when compared to Dark Red Norland. This classic has red skin and white, sweet moist flesh.
Excellent for baking, boiling, and salads. 4-8 potatoes per pound of seed
Mid-season, moderate yields, and good storage. 85-100 days to maturity.
