Creoles are semi-bolting varieties that may present as softneck, hardneck, or something in between depending on your growing conditions, Creoles are known for their incomparable flavor that packs a well-balanced punch when raw and shows off its sweetness with a little heat. Creole garlic varieties boast a long storage life and can store for 12-14 months.

Garlic orders begin shipping in October and continue until supplies run out in November. Orders are shipped in the order they are received but if you need your order shipped early, please reach out for accommodation.
We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves. Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
