Certified Organic Persian Star Seed Garlic (Standard Purple Stripe variety) -
Persian Star is similar to Chesnok Red but with a richer, more robust flavor. This flavor upgrade comes at a cost in bulb size, with a lower percentage of jumbo bulbs. Persian Star seems to thrive in more temperate areas (although it is very winter hardy), with plenty of moisture and fertile soil. Plenty of mulch will help to keep soil from drying out.

Garlic orders begin shipping in October and continue until supplies run out in November. Orders are shipped in the order they are received but if you need your order shipped early, please reach out for accommodation.
We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves. Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
