Nootka Rose is a gorgeous softneck garlic with the longest storage life in our collection. This beautifully colored strain is a Northwest heirloom from the San Juan Islands off the Washington coast. Cloves are brightly rose colored with solid red tips, bulb wrappers are crisp, satiny white. Medium bulbs of medium and small sized cloves. Strong, balanced flavor and extended shelf life (easily 12+ months with proper curing and storage conditions)
