Nicola is a classic German potato with a fine, waxy texture and netted yellow skin. Its yellow, golden flesh has a mild, buttery flavor. These are one of my favorite potatoes and always my first choice for roasting and stews. Customers love the low Glycemic Index (GI).
Resistant to Common Scab, PVA, PVX, PVY, and Late Blights.
Mid-Season, High Yields, Excellent Storage
4-6 tubers per pound of seed.
