Music is a Porcelain variety of hardneck garlic known for its large bulbs of very large cloves. For over a decade we've been selecting bulbs with 5-7 evenly space, large cloves. Each year we harvest a higher percentage of these "ideal" bulbs. Ideal, in our opinion becase you get more planting stock per pound of seed while still maintaining a large clove to produce a vigorous plant and a clove count that is "true to type".
We love Music for roasting, its large cloves are perfect for roasting with Fall root vegetables. Raw it is pungent and has a strong bite. Music excels in cold climates but is also highly adaptable. Southern growers have reported great success with our Music.
Tight bulb wrappers make this a good storing garlic.

Your garlic order will ship out in October. Orders are shipped in the order they are recieved.
We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves. Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
