Our most popular garlic and we can never grow enough to meet demand. Our customers love the "wow" factor of these baseball sized bulbs. 1/4 lb bulbs are common when grown in ideal conditions. We've been selecting our strain of Music since 2010, and it has become one of the most disease resistant and reliable producers in our garden.
We love Music for long, slow comfort foods. Its large cloves are perfect for roasting with Fall root vegetables, tucked into a pot roast, or stewed in a rich tomato sauce. Raw it is pungent and has a strong garlic-y bite. Porcelains such as Music have been found to have the highest allicin content of any other garlic variety. To reap the health benefits of allicin, crush or finely chop the garlic and allow to rest for 10 minutes; consume raw.
Music excels in cold climates but is also highly adaptable. Southern growers have reported great success with our Music. Tight bulb wrappers make this a good storing garlic.

Garlic orders begin shipping in October and continue until supplies run out in November. Orders are shipped in the order they are received but if you need your order shipped early, please reach out for accommodation.
We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves. Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
