Reliable, easy to grow, and well-adapted to the dry, hot summers of the Inland Northwest. Jumbo sized heads of garlic with creamy white bulb and clove wrappers. Classic "White Italian" variety of garlic. Strong garlic flavor with medium heat, perfect for storage, soups, and Nonna's famous marinara sauce.
