Certified Organic Killarney Red Seed Garlic (Rocambole variety)
Killarney Red is an improved Spanish Roja selected for hardiness and tolerance to wet conditions by Killarney Farm of Cataldo, North Idaho. This Rocambole variety is noted for its sweet, earthy flavor and has long been prizes as one of the best tasting varieties of garlic. Doubles cloves (2 cloves in one wrapper) are common.
Large bulbs are common, with lots of Jumbo bulbs in ideal conditions.
Medium to large sized cloves that are easy to peel.

Garlic orders begin shipping in October and continue until supplies run out in November. Orders are shipped in the order they are received but if you need your order shipped early, please reach out for accommodation.
We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves. Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
