Organically Grown Island Rocambole Seed Garlic (Rocambole variety) -

Originally from the WA coast this hardneck garlic has been known to tolerate moist, humid conditions.   If you're in a coastal (or otherwise warm and wet) region and struggle with Rocamboles, give Island Rocambole a try.   Likes a moderately cold winter, with temperate growing season.  Seems to struggle after extreme winters; consider German Red instead if you're in an area that has long, very cold winters.

  • Garlic orders begin shipping in October and continue until supplies run out in November.  Orders are shipped in the order they are received but if you need your order shipped early, please reach out for accommodation.

We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves.  Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
