Canada Gold (PVP) is an improved Yukon type, with smooth, netted skin, golden flesh, and nice mealy texture. Much higher yields and greater disease resistance compared to Yukon Gold. These are one of my favorite potatoes, if I was going to grow only 1 variety of potato, this would be my choice as they are extremely versatile in the kitchen and always a crowd pleaser.
Resistant to Common Scab, PFY, and Late Blight
Early - Mid season, High yields, Good Storage.
4-6 potatoes per pound of seed.
Potatoes must be ordered separately from garlic.
