Certified Organic Brown Tempest Seed Garlic (Glazed Purple Stripe variety) -
Purple and brown clove wrappers with a hint of rose blush. Average 6-10 cloves per bulb with nice shape and size. Raw garlic has initial hot taste that mellows to a pleasing garlicky finish. Medium sized bulbs of medium sized cloves.

Garlic orders begin shipping in October and continue until supplies run out in November. Orders are shipped in the order they are received but if you need your order shipped early, please reach out for accommodation.
We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves. Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
