AmaRosa Fingerlings have thin, red skins and red flesh that retain color when cooked.  Known for it's classic plump fingerling shape in an oversized form.  These large fingerlings have smooth, creamy flesh that melts in your mouth when roasted or fried.  
 
Resistant to Common Scab and Late Blights.
Mid- season, moderate yields, and excellent storage.
