Certified Organic Purple Glazer Seed Garlic (Glaze Purple Stripe variety) -
Purple Glazer is one of the first out of our fields and our favorite for fresh eating. Its dainty purple wrappers are prone to splitting but the sweet, fresh garlic flavor will have you planting it every year. We love this one raw, but it's very sweet and creamy when cooked. Purple Glazer is the perfect garlic to start out the season with, eat this garlic fresh or early in the season as it doesn't store well. Medium to large sized bulbs with medium to large sized cloves.
* We strive to grow high percentages of 2" and larger bulbs of Purple Glazer, but later orders will often receive 1.75-2" bulbs of this variety. *

Garlic orders begin shipping in October and continue until supplies run out in November. Orders are shipped in the order they are received but if you need your order shipped early, please reach out for accommodation.
We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves. Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
