Purple Glazer is a glazed Purple Stripe that is always first out of our fields and our favorite for fresh eating. It's dainty wrappers are prone to splitting but it's flavor will have you planting more. We love this one raw, but it's very sweet and creamy when cooked. It's the perfect garlic to start out the season with, eat this garlic fresh or early in the season.
