This beautiful artichoke softneck garlic originates in Inchelium, WA which is just across the Columbia River from us. We're excited to add it to our garlic collection and hope that you'll enjoy it's mild flavor. This garlic is gorgeous in garlic braids, it's silvery wrappers and streaks of red and purple are striking. Consider this variety if you don't experience very cold winters, although it will perform well in cold climates as well. Inchelium Red will sometimes produce a scape in climates with cold winters.
