Our Purple Majesty seed potatoes (replaces Blackberry and All-Blue) are prized for their high levels of antioxidants such as anthocyanins, polyphenols, and carotenoids. These oblong tubers have a firm, moist texture after cooking making them excellent for roasting, salads, and even potato chips.
