Purple Viking Seed Potato - This striking potato has pink-splashed purple skin and white flesh.  This all-purpose beauty was a customer favorite in our market farming days and we could never grow enough.  Equally delicious as a loaded baked potato as it is in buttery mashed potatoes or a rich chowder, you'll never be wrong when you cook with The Vikings.  These large, knobby potatoes are an excellent substitute for Russets when you want a fluffy baking potato without the long growing season. 2-4 potatoes per pound of seed.
