Certified Organic Fingerling Seed Potatoes - Magic Molly has deep purple skin and deep purple, almost black flesh.  A versatile fingerling that can be picked when young, sweet and incredibly tender or hold out until later for a harvest of large, knobby tubers with an earthy flavor reminiscent to a Russet but with a waxier texture.  Magic Molly is my favorite to roast alongside a colorful array of carrots, beets, parsnips, and garlic for a beautiful dish that everyone will talk about.  Vigorous plants, high yields and little disease suseptibility makes this a great choice for every garden.  Considered a late season potato, but I've never had problems getting a good yield in my zone 5b/6a.  4-10 potatoes per pound of seed.
