Seed potatoes must be ordered separately from garlic and shallots.

Seed potatoes will ship in April and May.

You will get approximately 2-6 potatoes per pound of seed. Medium and large potatoes can be cut into chunks with 2-3 eyes per piece. Small potatoes can be planted whole.

1 pound of seed will generally plant 8-10 feet of row space; planting 1 piece every 8-12" (closer spacing will yield smaller potatoes).
