Elba Seed Potatoes - Elba produces high yields of large potatoes with brown skin and white flesh.  The delicious firm and slightly waxy fleshed potatoes are versatile but excellent for stews, roasting, and mashed potatoes.  Their long storability will help keep you in potatoes throughout the year.
