Ama Rose Fingerling Seed Potato - AmaRosa has thin, red skins and red flesh that retain color when cooked.  It's classic plump fingerling shape comes in an oversized form.  These large fingerlings have smooth, creamy flesh that melts in your mouth when roasted or fried.  Scab resistant, and also some resistance to late blight.  4-8 potatoes per pound of seed.
