Purple Fiesta Seed Potatoes have deep purple skin and deep purple, almost black flesh.  My favorite to roast alongside a colorful array of carrots, beets, parsnips, and garlic for a beautiful dish that everyone will talk about.  Vigorous plants, high yields and little disease susceptibility makes this a great choice for every garden.   4-10 potatoes per pound of seed.
