Organically Grown Montana Giant Seed Garlic (Rocambole variety) -
Great flavor typical of Rocambole varieties. Not as large as German Red or Carpathian, but longer storage life than German Red and milder than Carpathian. Adapted to hot and dry conditions but performs best with at least 1" of water per week. Large bulbs of medium and large cloves.

Garlic orders begin shipping in October and continue until supplies run out in November. Orders are shipped in the order they are received but if you need your order shipped early, please reach out for accommodation.
We do not ship our garlic until October, as many diseases and pathogens need time to fully present themselves. Garlic shipped too early may deteriorate before planting season, shipping later in the season allows for any underlying problems to present
