Canada Gold (PVP) seed potatoes (replaces Yukon Gem and Yukon Gold) - This improved Yukon has smooth yellow skin and buttery, gold flesh.  Much higher yields and greater disease resistance compared to Yukon Gold.  These are one of my favorite potatoes, if I was going to grow only 1 variety of potato, this would be my choice as they are extremely versatile in the kitchen and always a crowd pleaser.
 
Early-mid season, high yields, and moderate storage.  3-6 potatoes per pound of seed. 75-85 days to maturity.
