Ajo Rojo is a hardneck Creole that packs a punch when raw, great for salsa lovers and garlic connoisseurs. Mild, sweet, and creamy when roasted. Creole garlics boast a long storage life and can store for 12-14 months. Bright red clove wrappers make this a delight to peel.
