Adirondack Red seed potatoes - Ruby skinned with rose colored flesh, with moist, firm flesh and reputed to be high in atioxidants.  Enjoy these reds roasted or in salads, the flesh will retain a light pink color. Resists skinning, scab, hollow heart, internal defects and growth cracks.  4-6 potatoes per pound of seed.
