Sangre has red skin and white flesh.  Easy-to-grow high-yielding red with moderate storage and excellent flavor.  Creamy texture, superb flavor, valued for baking and boiling. 
 
Nicola This classic German potato has netted yellow skin and golden, buttery yellow flesh.  These are my first choice for roasting and stews since they hold their shape so well. Nicola has a low Glycemic Index (GI) making it an excellent variety for those managing their blood sugar.
