Inchelium Red is a beautiful artichoke softneck garlic originates in Inchelium, WA which is just across the Columbia River from us. This garlic is gorgeous in garlic braids, it's silvery wrappers and streaks of red and purple are striking
Music is a popular Porcelain known for it's extra large cloves and good storage. It is sweet and creamy when roasted.
Chesnok Red is a Standard Purple Stripe that has great flavor and is our best storing hard neck garlic. Chesnok is a great all purpose garlic; lovely when sauteed, flavorful raw, and makes a great powdered garlic.
